Terms and Conditions for Innovators

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our platform. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform as an innovator offering innovative and patented products (“Products”) and research collaboration services (“Services”). By submitting a Product or Service listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be a legal entity or individual with the right to sell the Products and provide the Services you offer.
  • You must be the legal owner of the patents associated with your Products.

2. Product and Service Listings

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide about your Products and Services.
  • You agree to only list Products that are innovative or have a valid patent.
  • You agree to only list Services that you are qualified to provide.

3. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with your Products and Services.
  • By listing your Products or Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that information on our platform.

4. Transactions

  • We are a platform to connect companies with innovators. We do not facilitate transactions directly.
  • You are responsible for negotiating all terms of any agreements with companies, including price, payment terms, and delivery.
  • We recommend that you consult with an attorney to create standard agreements for your Products and Services.

5. Fees

  • We may charge a fee for listing your Products or Services on our platform.
  • The specific fees will be clearly communicated before you submit a listing.

6. Term and Termination

  • These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
  • We may terminate your access to the platform for any reason, with or without notice.
  • You may terminate your use of the platform at any time.

7. Disclaimer

  • We do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the success of your listings or the quality of companies you connect with.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with companies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and ATTMANS, our goal is to resolve the dispute quickly and cost-effectively. Accordingly, you and ATTMANS agree to resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of or relates to this Agreement or the Services (each, a “Claim”) by referring the Claim to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in accordance with the terms of the Indian Law Arbitration Rules, which are incorporated herein by way of reference. Subject to arbitration, this Agreement, including without limitation any dispute relating to the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the Courts of Ahmedabad shall have the sole jurisdiction in this regard.

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform.

11. Updates to Terms

  • The ATTMANS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the ATTMANS after the update constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
